Widerrufsrecht bei digitalen Inhalten
Verbrauchern steht bei Fernabsatzverträgen grundsätzlich ein gesetzliches Widerrufsrecht zu.
Für digitale Inhalte, die nicht auf einem körperlichen Datenträger bereitgestellt werden, gelten besondere gesetzliche Bestimmungen. Das Widerrufsrecht kann vor Ablauf der regulären Widerrufsfrist erlöschen, wenn die gesetzlichen Voraussetzungen hierfür erfüllt sind.
Hierzu gehören insbesondere der Beginn der Vertragserfüllung, die ausdrückliche Zustimmung des Verbrauchers zum Beginn der Vertragserfüllung vor Ablauf der Widerrufsfrist, die Bestätigung der Kenntnis vom möglichen Verlust des Widerrufsrechts sowie die gesetzlich erforderliche Vertragsbestätigung.
Maßgeblich sind die gesetzlichen Bestimmungen sowie die im Rahmen des jeweiligen Bestellvorgangs bei Gumroad bereitgestellten Informationen und Erklärungen.
Rückerstattungen
Der Verkauf und die Zahlungsabwicklung der digitalen NEWVISION97® Collector Editions erfolgen über den offiziellen NEWVISION97® Shop auf Gumroad.
Für die angebotenen digitalen Produkte kann im jeweiligen Gumroad-Angebot eine „No refunds allowed“-Policy ausgewiesen sein. Rückerstattungen werden entsprechend der für das jeweilige Produkt geltenden Refund Policy und den über Gumroad vorgesehenen Verfahren behandelt.
Zwingende gesetzliche Verbraucherrechte bleiben hiervon unberührt. Dies gilt insbesondere für gesetzliche Rechte bei mangelhaften, fehlerhaften oder nicht vertragsgemäß bereitgestellten digitalen Inhalten.

Right of Withdrawal for Digital Content
Consumers may generally have a statutory right of withdrawal in connection with distance contracts.
Special statutory provisions apply to digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium. The right of withdrawal may expire before the end of the regular withdrawal period if the applicable statutory requirements are fulfilled.
These requirements may include, in particular, the commencement of performance, the consumer’s express consent to performance beginning before the end of the withdrawal period, acknowledgement of the possible loss of the right of withdrawal, and the legally required contract confirmation.
The applicable statutory provisions and the information and declarations provided during the relevant Gumroad checkout process shall apply.
Refunds
Sales and payment processing for digital NEWVISION97® Collector Editions are handled through the official NEWVISION97® store on Gumroad.
The relevant Gumroad product may display a “No refunds allowed” policy. Refund requests are handled in accordance with the refund policy applicable to the respective product and the procedures provided through Gumroad.
Mandatory statutory consumer rights remain unaffected. This applies in particular to statutory rights relating to defective, faulty or non-conforming digital content.
